Yann Beuzit, MBA, PhD (Doctorant)
With more than 20 years of experience in strategy, management, marketing, digital and web, which allowed me to restructure several marketing and digital departments, I have noticed that the SME market was still very little addressed by consulting firms.
It was this observation led to the creation of 16th Ventures.
Throughout my career, I have advised various types of companies with very large branding and online acquisition budgets, including media agencies, direct clients, multinational organisations and start-ups in various leadership, strategic, managerial and operational roles.
I would define myself as having a strong entrepreneurial spirit combined with a determined personality. My range of skills allows me to easily manage a company in its globality (strategy, operational, commercial and financial development) but also to intervene in technical fields.
I enjoy motivating and developing direct and cross-functional teams and translating my clients’ strategic thinking into practical solutions so that their businesses flourish.

David Aobadia, MA, MBA
As a consultant for over 15 years, I have been providing my clients with concrete answers to their strategic, operational, marketing & digital, commercial or financial challenges, enabling them to generate more growth.
This is achieved by designing and implementing short and medium-term action plans.
I have had the opportunity to work in large international companies where I have risen from junior to director level in marketing teams, leading product development, communication, planning, operations and strategy.
Thus, I intervene from management to marketing through corporate strategy, digital and operational, but also in the realization of fundraising, focusing on the creation of a framework for exchange and co-construction to facilitate the achievement of objectives and especially the emergence of innovative and sustainable solutions.
Furthermore, my residence in England allows me to put my expertise at the service of international companies.
I particularly enjoy leading “Flash” workshops, getting people to talk, leading them on the real issues, those that help create value, formulate and formalise a strategy and create a real and effective action plan.
