At 16th Ventures, we offer a Business Plan & Business Model diagnosis service that helps companies identify and address complex challenges. This service involves a detailed agenda and a presentation at the beginning and end of the project.
The initial presentation will outline the agenda for the project and provide summary notes to help you understand the key points. We recommend that you come prepared, having actively read the summary notes and be ready to participate and make changes. To fully benefit from this service, it is essential to free up a half day to engage in the process thoroughly.
At the end of the project, we will present a final report that summarizes the challenges addressed and provides a short-term action plan. This report will be submitted visually, making it easy to share with employees and partners. This report will become a valuable tool to help guide your business towards future success.
