The project begins with an initial presentation outlining the agenda and providing summary notes. This is followed by a half-day session where businesses are expected to participate and be ready for change actively. It is essential to come prepared, having read the summary notes beforehand.
The final presentation will formalise the challenges addressed and provide clear answers, summarised and visually.
